Client is a holding company with three primary banks worldwide and is the largest independent credit card lender in the world, marketing through more than 5,400 professional organizations, universities, and sports leagues with total membership of 160 million. The Southeast Regional Headquarters is located in Kennesaw and since opening, has only utilized internal resources for recruiting efforts. High turnover (28%), attrition and corporate restructuring led the client to research external resources to design a program that would help the company to:
- Build name/brand recognition in the community
- Address concern of client not having any pre-interview screening process
- Decrease turnover rate by establishing an "ideal candidate profile" and recruiting that target market
- Grow the regional call center staff by hiring 12 FTE's / month for remaining months of 2005 (early rough estimates)
Results:
The client selected the direct-hire program of ProCore Staffing Solutions for an initial "Pilot Project" of 1 month. Due to the success of the project, the client and ProCore Staffing Solutions has since established a long term partnership agreement.
